If you spot a listing that you feel is violating the general terms and conditions of this web site as stated below please let us know by contacting us.


Rights To Suspend or Terminate.
You agree that this web-site, in its own discretion, may terminate any auction or use of the service immediately and without notice if (a) We believe that you are not abiding by the general rules of this web-site (b) You have repeatedly broken a certain term (c) You have listed a suspicious item (d) We believe you to be a non paying bidder.  In most cases when we suspect foul play we will suspend your account/listing whilst we investigate further.  If our investigation is conclusive then your account with us will be terminated.


Your Conduct.
You are solely responsible for the contents of your actions through this web site. You must ensure that your participation in the selling or buying of items does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. By this we mean that you must check that you entitled to sell or buy the relevant item and hat you are not prohibited from doing so by any law or regulation.

Laws.
If a dispute arises between you and Aqua Liquidators, our goal is to provide you with a neutral and cost effective means of resolving the dispute quickly. Accordingly, you and Aqua Liquidators agree that we will resolve any claim or controversy at law or equity that arises out of this Agreement or our services (a "Claim") in accordance with one of the subsections below or as we and you otherwise agree in writing. Before resorting to these alternatives, we strongly encourage you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution by going to the Help page. We will consider reasonable requests to resolve the dispute through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation or arbitration, as alternatives to litigation.

Dispute Forums and Laws - This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Nebraska as they apply to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within Nebraska with Nebraska residence, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree that any claim or dispute you may have against Aqua Liquidators must be resolved by a court located in Douglas County, Nebraska, except as otherwise agreed by the parties. 

Aqua Liquidators has developed a nationwide forum for you to move your Used Hot Tubs and accessories. Here are some things to remember when listing:

    * Be HONEST - tell the buyer exactly what condition your products are in.
    * GOOD PICTURES - you've shopped auction sites and other e-commerce stores. You wouldn't buy something new without a picture let alone something Used.
    * GOOD Descriptions - make sure you do your best to describe your product. You will be competing with thousands of products the best pitch wins.

Star ratings

Rate your hot tub or item to be sold using the following rating scale:

    * 5 stars – New, demos spa, or like new in excellent condition
    * 4 stars – Above average condition
    * 3 stars – Average condition, spa in good working condition
    * 2 stars – Below average, high wear and tear on spa or old hot tub.
    * 1 star – Barely working or not working, may be purchased for parts.
